Cornerstone Bids LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Cornerstone Concrete Estimator mobile application (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and collect only the information necessary to operate and improve the App.

• Project data you enter (dimensions, quantities, materials, calculations)
• Your email address, if provided
• Limited technical information such as device type, operating system version, app version, and crash diagnostics
Subscription payments are processed directly by the Apple App Store or Microsoft Store. We do not collect, process, or store payment card information.
How We Use Information
We use collected information solely to:
• Provide estimating functionality
• Maintain and improve app performance
• Diagnose and fix technical issues
• Respond to customer support requests
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for advertising purposes. We do not use third-party tracking technologies. We do not track users across third-party apps, websites, or services.
Data Storage and Security
Information is securely stored using cloud infrastructure, including the Bubble platform. We implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect your information.
Data Sharing
We may share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating, maintaining, and improving the App. These service providers may include secure cloud hosting providers, diagnostic or analytics providers, subscription management platforms, or customer support tools. Such providers are contractually obligated to use the information solely for the purpose of providing services on our behalf and not for their own independent marketing or advertising purposes.
We may also disclose information if required to do so by law, legal process, or governmental request.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account remains active or as necessary to provide the App's services. We may also retain certain information as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable timeframe.

The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
